If there’s orange juice in your Mai Tai, it’s a boat drink.

“People confuse a tiki drink and a boat drink,” said Steven Dupuy, an organizer of Louisiana Tiki Fest. “I’m a Jimmy Buffet fan, but what he sings about is more of a boat drink.”
