The Triangle looks like yesterday’s restaurant of tomorrow. Built in 1961, its rakish geometric shape suggests the forward-looking attitude that infused so much early space-age design. In the year 2025, the future it once presaged has become a relic of the past.

Likewise, The Triangle’s menu shows no evidence of such enthusiasms as organic groceries, ecological responsibility, fusion cuisine, sustainable farm-to-table sourcing, or any other trend that has influenced dining styles in the last six decades. In its world, fashion means nothing.
