When reviewers assess a restaurant, it makes sense to eat and to write about things on the menu they believe a customer might order…or in some cases, things they believe a customer should (or should not) order. Aiken’s Whiskey Alley, which describes itself as a whiskey bar and tapas restaurant, thwarts that process because its menu is never the same.
