Open Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Unique Catering is not the place to go for a quick lunch. Chef Steff Hooper and staff serve dinner. It is not quick.

For about $10, you get a meal that is wholly Southern. Wednesday’s extravagant turkey wings and Friday’s brittle-crusted salmon patties are soul food standards.
