Looking for Atlanta in AJC’s 50 Best Restaurants list

The Food Section has previously probed ‘best of’ lists and how they get made, but the top 50 restaurant list recently issued by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution deserves special attention by this newsletter. As such, we asked Candy Hom, who first shared her reflections on Substack, to respond to the selections.

In September, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) issued its first 50 Best Restaurant list in 10 years, saying the choices were made “regardless of trendiness, neighborhood, cuisine, or price.”
