The Michelin Guide in April announced it intended to inspect restaurants in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Atlanta, Georgia. In advance of tonight’s selection ceremony in Greenville, South Carolina—where Michelin North America is headquartered—TFS invited longtime Houston food critic Alison Cook to weigh in on what the arrival of Michelin could mean for the region.
