Billy Kramer was always going to be an entrepreneur. Although he worked for more than a decade in advertising sales for companies big and small, he was forever starting business ventures on the side. He says his first few businesses, including a baby-proofing residential service and a high school sports magazine, didn’t work out.

Then an argument with his boss at his day job forced him to get serious about self-employment.
