How do I restart my subscription if it lapsed?
Start by updating your credit card information. Then, you need to manually restart your subscription. You can follow the below steps to do both:
Why can't I log in?
Check your browser's security settings. Our membership software won't work if you've disabled third-party cookies, and things may get weird if you're using an Incognito Window. Try changing your settings or using another browser.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go, but if you must, log in to your account, and toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions menu item.
Can I switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan?
Of course! Click "Change Plan" from the Subscriptions menu item in your account. You'll be switched to the new plan immediately, and charged a prorated amount.
Can I update my email address or other personal information?
For sure! Log in your account to make these changes.
How do I update my credit card?
Log in your account, add the new card, and click "Update My Credit Card."
How do I use a password instead of the "magic signup link" via email?
We default to the "one fewer password in your life" approach, but it is absolutely possible for you to set up a manual password, and use that to access your membership:
- Sign in via the "magic link" method
- Go to your Account Settings page
- Enter a "new" password
- The next time you need to log in and type in your email address, the system will recognize you have a password and ask for it!
How do I reset my password?
The password-setting method outlined above can be used to change your password to something else.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Annual subscriptions make great gifts! Use the links below:
You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient's name and email address, the delivery date (they won't get the email until then), a personalized message, and your payment information.
The lucky gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift. If a physical address is required, the gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter it when they activate the gift.
