Don’t wait in vain in Graniteville

Neon red letters in the window of Choices Jamaican restaurant spell O-P-E-N, but a sign says “Do Not Enter.” The front door is always locked. You cannot eat in there.

And yet, for those who seek food from the island nation known as The Rock, Choices is a treasured destination. It is one of two places in Aiken County (along with Jamrock Caribana) that specialize in such Jamaican signature dishes as curried goat, oxtails, and brown stew chicken.
