“For whatever reason, Austin seems to be one of the only places I can think of that’s coming up with different styles of biscuits, and it’s all really nice stuff,” says Fojtasek, who’s earned national acclaim for the off-menu laminated biscuits he serves at Olamaie. “Bojangles just continues that momentum.”
