Chappell Roan tastes delicious. Rich and sweet with a satisfying chocolate bite. Well, at least her face, dusted in powdered sugar, does.

That was the flourless chocolate cake which greeted early risers the first day of June at Petite MarieBette, a beloved Charlottesville bakery where the pastry case doubles as a platform for portraiture throughout Pride Month.
