Angie Walker had just one stipulation when she agreed to show employees of the new Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls State Park how to make a Hiker Ham sandwich.

“I have to go get my hair done,” Walker, 82, told her daughter, Zonda Holloway, who manages the brand-new Spencer, Tennessee lodge where the restaurant is located.
